Ngorongoro Crater Lodge: an adventure in Serengeti Natural Park

Erected on the perimeter of the celebrated Ngorongoro Crater on the East side of the Serengeti National Park, the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge represents without doubt one of the most spectacular examples of African architecture. Inspired by Maasai building techniques which combine mud and Manyatta wood, the lodge blends in harmoniously into the spectacular scenery of the Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Crater Lodge consists of three camps, each one elegantly furnished with antique furniture,
pan-African treasures and local artefacts. Each suite offers breathtaking panoramic views and has a personalised butler service. The lodge organises guided safaris within the Ngorongoro Crater area, allowing the visitors to observe the numerous species of wild animals in their natural habitat. The lodge also lays on visits to the nearby archaeological site of Olduvai Gorge and Shifting Sands where guests can picnic and stroll around the rim of the Crater.
