A basic push-up can work wonders just by adjusting your hand position. First try spreading your hands further apart. Then try bringing your hands together under your chest so the tips of your index and thumbs touch forming a diamond. You can elevate your feet. Add push up bars to give you more range of movement.

1. Kettlebell Thrusters: This particular exercise can involve the use of either a single kettlebell or a pair of bells. Thrusters are executed by you first properly cleaning and racking the bell(s) at your chest. You should be standing with your feet at a shoulder width distance apart in length with your body locked out and secure once you lift the weights to your chest.
