The Grumeti River Camp is situated in the remote western corridor  of  the  Serengeti  National  Park.  This  unspoilt wilderness is not only famous for its river but also for the thousands and thousands of animals that have to wade across it every year during the “Great Migration”. Mnemba Island Lodge is a small island resort off the coast of Zanzibar.  The  latter  takes  its  name  from  the  Arabic “zan zal barr”, “distant island” as the Sultan of Oman was inclined to call it, the first in a  series of conquerors who took an interest in the island and its riches.
